With our Raw Hair Collection our promise is to only offer Pure, Authentic, Natural Hairs that have been carefully sourced from their origins. With our Virgin Hair Collection we do not use fillers or hair fibers whatsoever.
All of our raw hairs are 100% True to their said origins. We don’t use exotic names, with us, your hair comes directly from the source! In order to remain transparent we labeled both qualities of hair that we offer: Raw & Virgin Hair.

I loved every single aspect of my job! I was young, fearless, and career focused. As a young black professional, I always knew that my image was everything! I knew that it was just one of those things that introduced you before you even spoke. Hence, I took pride in beauty products, trending clothes, but most of all - MY HAIR!
Like many of you, I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with companies whose hair either didn't live up to the price, the hype, or both for that matter! There was even a time when I bought hair from a well known hair company, and the chemical processing that was done to the hair, left my skin horribly broken out for months!
At that point, I knew that I needed to do something - I went on a hunt to find the hair directly from the source. What started off as a small experiment, researching hair, where it comes from, and how its sourced, quickly evolved into what we know as Estella Hair Co.
As I continued my search, I found that there are many women who were facing the same challenges as I was. That's when I decided to found Estella. To help women like me, finding true Authenticity in such an overcrowded, as sometimes untrue hair industry! My vision became more clear that the values that I needed to build my company on, were the top things that were missing from the hair industry! Transparency, Authenticy, Quality, Integrity, and Customer Focus. "

Exchanges are only allowed if the your hair was sent to you in the wrong length, curl pattern, or poor quality. All other exchanges or returns will not be accepted. All exchanges will be inspected by the ESTELLA HAIR CO. team prior to issuing an exchange. Once your hair has been inspected, then we will proceed with your even exchange. We will not issue any exchanges for any hair that’s seal has been broken, lace that has been cut, or hair that bas been tampered with (brushed, unraveled from bundle, colored, combed through, or worn). Any hair that has been tampered and not meet our “exchange guidelines” will be sent back to you.
