All exchanges will be inspected by the ESTELLA HAIR CO. team prior to issuing an exchange. Once your hair has been inspected, then we will proceed with your even exchange. We will not issue any exchanges for any hair that’s seal has been broken, lace that has been cut, or hair that bas been tampered with (brushed, unraveled from bundle, colored, combed through, or worn). Any hair that has been tampered and not meet our “exchange guidelines” will be sent back to you.
